Rhiannon is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences and a Master’s degree in Dietetics.
Rhiannon has a modern mindset towards nutrition in everyday life. It is her philosophy that eating a ‘balanced diet’ is not a one-size-fits-all approach and understands the impact a busy lifestyle can have on us all. Having previously managed clients who work to a range of different schedules, whether they are shift workers, those working 9 to 5 or those who live independently or manage a family, Rhiannon bases her dietetic practice around her client’s schedule and implements effective strategies to overcome any barriers that may be impacting her client’s health goals.
Rhiannon has a passion for helping her clients improve their quality of life and overall mood through good nutrition and is particularly interested in gut health, food intolerances and weight management.
Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys spending time by the beach and hunting down good, quality food!
